Hey there! I'm Anita.
If you’ve clicked on the “About Me” page, it means you’re here to learn a little bit more of who I am. Hopefully all your questions will be answered after going through my website, but in case not, contact me, and let’s talk!
I just want to share a few basics, to help you understand, who am I, and why am I here?
Let’s start, shall we?
Hi! I’m Anita, nice to meet you. I was born and raised in Hungary.
Business
Like many of us freelancers, I also come from a corporate background looking for freedom and flexibility by building my own business.
Before becoming a virtual assistant, I’ve always worked in an administrative office environment, ranging from real estate data analysis to marketing operations and project management. I’ve cooperated with clients from all over the world and used English on a daily basis, which was a non-negotiable for me after my English major studies.
After a couple years grinding in an office 9-5, I started to question this whole system. Is this all there is? I’m supposed to keep doing this until I retire? There has to be a better way that allows me to pay the bills, but also travel as much as I want and not have to commute to a soul-sucking office every day for the rest of my life.
That’s how I discovered the possibility of freelancing as a virtual assistant. Making money from the comfort of my home while helping other entrepreneurs build their business and reclaim their valuable time. What started out as a side-hustle for me quickly turned into my passion that replaced the 9-5 grind and allows me to be my own boss.
Pleasure
When I’m not working on scaling your business, I’m a morning person through and through. I’m a true nature lover, if there are mountains, I’m in, let’s go. I occasionally go on a motorcycle ride to clear my head and discover place I’ve never been before. I also regularly go to the gym, which has taught me patience and consistency like nothing else in life. But don’t get me wrong, from time to time I also enjoy the guilty pleasure of watching reality TV while painting by numbers. Most of all, catching up with family and friends has become increasingly important, as they are my greatest support system.
Private life
The person who has been the greatest support for me along this freelancer journey is my boyfriend, a freelancer himself. He’s encouraged me every step of the way to move out of my comfort zone and be more courageous and intentional in order to reach my full potential, which one day resulted in me launching my own business as a virtual assistant.
